Derogatorias y vigencia. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, modifica el Decreto número 1649 de 2014 y el Decreto número 2145 de 2015 y deroga los artículos 21, 31, 32 y 50 del Decreto número 1649 de 2014, el artículo 1° del Decreto número 2594 de 2014; el numeral 13 del artículo 4° y el artículo 8° del Decreto número 2145 de 2015 y las demás normas que le sean contrarias.
