ARTICULO 241 . Libertad del procesado . En el fallo en que ordene la revisión, la sala decretará la libertad provisional del procesado, mediante caución. No se impondrá caución cuando el recurso de revisión se refiera al numeral segundo del artículo 232 de este Código.
