No discriminación. Las medidas de reparación individual o colectiva para las Comunidades, debe contar con acciones que reconozcan y supriman actos de racismo, discriminación, xenofobia y otras formas conexas de intolerancia racial, preexistentes y exacerbados con ocasión de las violaciones de los derechos fundamentales, colectivos e integrales a que hace referencia el artículo 3° de este decreto.
