º . Los avalúos establecidos de conformidad con el artículo anterior, entrarán en vigencia el 1º de enero de cada año. El propietario o poseedor podrá solicitar su revisión en la Oficina de Catastro correspondiente, durante los dos primeros meses del respectivo año, cuando demuestre que el valor no se ajusta a las características y condiciones del predio. Dicha revisión se hará dentro del proceso de conservación catastral y contra la decisión sólo procederá el recurso de reposición en la vía gubernativa.
