º De los órganos de dirección y administración. La CVC tendrá tres órganos principales de dirección y administración, a saber

La Asamblea Corporativa

2.

El Consejo Directivo y

3.

El Director General La conformación de la Asamblea Corporativa será la prevista en el artículo 25 de la Ley 99 de 1993, y sus funciones serán las indicadas allí. Las funciones del Director General serán las prescritas en el artículo 29 de la Ley 99 de 1993.
