º. Destinación de los créditos. Los préstamos de que trata el artículo 3º de la Ley 795 de 2003 y que reciban las compañías de financiamiento comercial de otros establecimientos de crédito, deberán estar destinados exclusivamente a la realización de operaciones activas de microcrédito, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 39 de la Ley 590 de 2000 y las demás normas que lo adicionen o modifiquen.
