Efectos de la declaratoria de liquidación . Será consecuencia inmediata de la declaratoria de liquidación, que operará de pleno derecho, la cesación de la autorización legal conferida a la Empresa Social del Estado Rita Arango Alvarez del Pino para prestar los servicios de salud, sin perjuicio de lo establecido en el artículo 3º del presente decreto.
