Inversiones no autorizadas . Las sociedades que administren fondos de cesantías, sus directores, administradores, representantes legales y en general aquellas personas que se encuentren autorizadas internamente para negociar cualquier título valor deben abstenerse de realizar inversiones con recursos del fondo de cesantía en títulos cuyo emisor, avalista, aceptante, garante u originador de una titularización sea la administradora, las filiales o subsidiarias de la misma, su matriz o las filiales o subsidiarias de esta.
