Art. 4.° Las horas ordinarias de oficina, cuando los trabajos estén al corriente, serán cinco, contadas desde las diez de la mañana ; pero cuando los trabajos no estén al corriente, i cuando así lo exija el servicio público, las horas ordinarias serán todas las útiles del dia i de la noche hasta dar evasión a los asuntos atrasados o urjentes.
