Ámbito de aplicación. Las disposiciones del presente Título regirán los empleos públicos pertenecientes a la Rama Ejecutiva de los órdenes nacional y territorial y a las entidades que se regulen por las disposiciones señaladas en el Decreto-ley 2400 de 1968 y en la Ley 909 de 2004.
