TEXTO CORRESPONDIENTE A

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.1.1.1.1.3.2.3. Monto del ahorro previo. El monto del ahorro previo dependerá de los recursos complementarios y del valor del subsidio de vivienda de interés social que sumados a aquel resulten suficientes para acceder a la solución de vivienda a adquirir o permitan sufragar el presupuesto de construcción.

Cuando el ahorro previo esté representado en un lote de terreno, este se estimará en un diez por ciento del valor final de la vivienda nueva, de la construcción en sitio propio, o de la autoconstrucción. En los planes de mejoramiento, el terreno no podrá considerarse como ahorro previo, aun cuando deba certificarse la propiedad del mismo en cabeza del hogar postulante.
