Art. 20. Los diplomas que se darán en el Instituto son: el de Injeniero civil; el de Injenieros militares; el de Arquitecto o Injeniero constructor, i el de Doctor en ciencias. Los tres primeros para los individuo que cursen en el Colejio militar i el Observatorio astronómico; i el cuarto para los alumnos de la Escuela de Ciencias i Artes.
