Los Notarios expedirán, obligatoriamente, a los interesados, recibo detallado de las sumas cobradas por concepto de derechos en los instrumentos que ante ellos se otorgue; de estos recibos se conservara una copia en el archivo de la Notaria, hasta por dos años, y el Notario estará obligado a exhibirlos cuando la Superintendencia Nacional de Notariado y Registro así lo exija.
