Artículo primero. Las vacaciones de los empleados de manejo y de confianza así como de los que presten servicios técnicos en el Ministerio de Minas y Petróleos, causadas o que se causen con anterioridad al 31 de diciembre del presente año, podrán ser compensadas en dinero con base en la asignación devengada por el empleado en el momento de tener derecho a las vacaciones correspondientes.
