Organos Internos de Asesoría y Coordinación. La composición y funciones del Comité de Coordinación del Sistema de Control Interno y del Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad, del Comité de Conciliación y Defensa Judicial y de la Comisión de Personal, se regirán por las disposiciones legales y reglamentarias sobre la materia, aplicables a cada uno de ellos.

Parágrafo único

El Gerente General podrá crear Comités permanentes o transitorios especiales para el estudio, análisis y asesoría en temas de interés del Instituto.
