PROFESOR DE TIEMPO COMPLETO Y CÁTEDRA. Los Profesores policiales son de tiempo completo y de cátedra

Se considera profesor de tiempo completo, el Oficial o Suboficial que preste sus servicios de planta en los Institutos policiales que tenga carga académica superior a veinte (20) horas semanales y se encuentre en permanente disponibilidad para labores docentes;

Son profesores de cátedra quienes siendo titulares de alguna o algunas asignaturas, no reúnen los requisitos de que trata el literal anterior.
