Art. 24. Las diligencias de autenticación de documentos que no tengan valor determinado llevarán estampilla de 1ª clase, con excepción de las autenticaciones de certificados de supervivencia de los individuos que reciban pensión del Gobierno nacional, las cuales solo llevarán estampilla cuando la pensión exceda de cien pesos mensuales.
