Los hospitales que gocen de auxilio nacional y que dentro de los sesenta días siguientes a la sanción de esta Ley no se hayan sometido a lo dispuesto por el Artículo 2° de la Ley 108 de 1936 , perderán tal auxilio, y éste pasará a acrecer el del hospital más cercano del mismo Departamento, que determine el Departamento Nacional de Higiene.
