Autorizase al Gobernador del Depar tamento del Atlántico para vender a la Congregación de los Hermanos Cristianos que regentan en Barranquilla el colegio Biffii, un lote de terreno perteneciente a la quinta Regina, en donde funciona la Escuela Normal de Institutoras, la cual fue detstinada al servicio de Instrucción Pública de aquel Departamento por la Ley 107 de 1912 y collnda con el mericionadb Colegio Bitfi.
