Cargos administrativos. Los cargos directivos de la educación oficial no previstos en el artículo 32, tienen carácter administrativo y sus titulares se regirán por las normas aplicables a los demás empleados públicos. Por las mismas normas se regirá el personal docente comisionado para ejercer cargos administrativos en el sector educativo.
