Para atender los gastos de organización y funcionamiento del Congreso a que se refiere el artículo primero de la presente Ley, auxiliase al Colegio de Abogados Especializados en Derecho de Trabajo, entidad con personería jurídica concedida por Resolución número 216 de 22 de noviembre de 1948, con la suma de cincuenta mil pesos ($ 50.000.00).
