Al suprimirse un cargo de carrera cuyo titular sea una empleada de carrera en estado de embarazo y habiendo optado por la incorporación esta no fuere posible, además de la indemnización a que tiene derecho conforme con lo señalado en el artículo 44 de la Ley 909 de 2004 se dará cumplimiento a lo preceptuado en el artículo 94 del Decreto 1227 de 2005.
