Art. 1.º La Junta denominada Comisión de las Exposiciones de Madrid y Chicago se compondrá de siete miembros de libre nombramiento del Gobierno, á cuyo cargo estarán todos los trabajos preparatorios para reunir, colectar, empacar, remitir y pagar las muestras que deban exhibirse.
