Los extranjeros que deban registrarse ante el DAS se identificarán dentro del territorio nacional con su tarjeta o cédula de extranjería. Los titulares de permiso de ingreso, de visa temporal, exenta de registro, de cortesía o de negocios se identificarán con su pasaporte vigente. Los titulares de las visas diplomática, oficial y de servicio se identificarán con el carné que expide la Dirección General del Protocolo del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores.
