Con el exclusivo objeto de darles cumplimiento estricto a las disposiciones de esta Ley, en cuanto ello exceda al ejercicio la potestad reglamentaria, revístese al Presidente de la República de facultades extraordinarias por dos (2) años, de acuerdo con el numeral 12 del artículo 76 de la Constitución Nacional.
