Cuando sea nombrado un nuevo Secretario del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, se pondrá el hecho en conocimiento del Cuerpo Diplomático, por conducto del Decano. Después de su posesión hará visita personal a los Embajadores, y, por tarjeta, a los otros Jefes de Misión y demás miembros del Cuerpo Diplomático. El Director o el Subdirector del Protocolo, al entrar en funciones, harán visita personal a los Embajadores y Ministros, y, por tarjeta, a los Encargados de Negocios y demás miembros del Cuerpo Diplomático.
