Tanto el ingeniero Jefe como el Médico y los inspectores de trabajo deben examinar constantemente la .alimentación que se suministra a los trabajadores, con el objeto de comprobar la cantidad y calidad de ella. Harán, siempre que sea necesario, las observaciones del caso a fin de que se obtenga que los alimentos sean sanos y suficientes para dejar satisfecho al trabajador.
