Vigencia y derogatorias . El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, modifica parcialmente el Decreto 049 de 2003 y el Decreto 3123 de 2007 y deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarias en especial el artículo 25 del Decreto 3123 de 2007.
