° Cuando el director o rector considere que el establecimiento educativo tiene la infraestructura física y los recursos humanos especializados, podrá incluir en el plan de estudios de la educación básica secundaria oficial y privada antes de las fechas a que se refiere el artículo anterior, el aprendizaje de artes y oficios que se establece mediante este Decreto.
