Artículo sexto. Los empleados públicos que laboran por hora-mes en los organismos a que se refiere el artículo 1º. del presente Decreto, continuarán siendo remuneradas por medio de ese sistema hasta cuando se retiren del servicio, cambien de empleo o sean vinculados demedio tiempo o de tiempo completo. Cuando los empleos remunerados por hora-mes queden vacantes deberán ser suprimidos para crear empleos de medio tiempo o de tiempo completo, sin perjuicio de la excepción establecida en el inciso primero del artículo 5o.
