Art. 1922. La accion redhibitoria no tiene lugar en las ventas forzadas hechas por autoridad de la justicia. Pero si el vendedor, no pudiendo o no debiendo ignorar los vicios de la cosa vendida, no los hubiere declarado a petición del comprador, habrá lugar a la accion redhibitoria i a la indemnizacion de perjuicios.
