Art. 12. En el mismo juicio en que se ventile la expropiación se ventilará el monto de la indemnización que deba concederse al respectivo interesado. Si fuere imposible, por la naturaleza de las cosas, ó por las circunstancias, fijar la cantidad precisa en la sentencia, se expresarán con entera claridad precisión y minuciosidad las operaciones que deben ejecutarse para determinar dicha cantidad.
