Curso de Estado Mayor. Para ascender al grado de Teniente Coronel o Capitán de Fragata, se requiere adelantar y aprobar un curso que se denominará ¨ Curso de Estado Mayor ¨, el cual se llevará a cabo en la Escuela Superior de Guerra de Colombia y tendrá una duración mínima de cuarenta (40) semanas.

Parágrafo

Para ingresar al curso de qué trata este artículo los aspirantes seleccionados por los Comandos de la Fuerza deberán someterse a pruebas de admisión, de acuerdo con reglamentación que expida el Gobierno.
