Artículo único. Cada uno de los Consejos Directivos de las Universidades de Bolívar, Antioquia, Cauca y Nariño designará un representante permanente en el Consejo Universitario que funciona en la capital de la República, de acuerdo con el Decreto 949 del presente año.

Parágrafo

Los representantes designados conforme al presente Decreto serán miembros del referido Consejo, y en consecuencia tendrán voz y voto en sus deliberaciones. Comuníquese y publíquese.
