Decreto 2063 de 2018 · por el cual se modifican los artículos 2.2.4.1.1.6., 2.2.4.1.1.10., 2.2.4.1.2.1., 2.2.4.1.2.2., 2.2.4.1.2.3., 2.2.4.1.2.4. y 2.2.4.1.3.4. del Decreto Único Reglamentario del Sector Comercio, Industria y Turismo, Decreto número 1074 de 2015.

° . Modifícase el artículo 2.2.4.1.2.3. del Decreto Único Reglamentario del Sector Comercio, Industria y Turismo, Decreto número 1074 de 2015, el cual quedará así: “Artículo 2.2.4.1.2.3. De la actualización del Registro Nacional de Turismo . En el período de actualización y cuando se presenten mutaciones en cuanto al prestador de servicios turísticos, se modificará la información prevista en el artículo 2.2.4.1.2.2. del presente Decreto.

Parágrafo

Cuando la información prevista en el artículo 2.2.4.1.2.2. del presente Decreto no haya sufrido modificaciones, el prestador de servicios turísticos procederá a su ratificación en el formulario electrónico de las cámaras de comercio, para efectos del período de actualización del Registro Nacional de Turismo ”.
