Los Secretarios deben manifestarse impedidos y son recusables en la forma expresada.

De la recusación conoce el Magistrado ponente, conforme a lo establecido en las disposiciones precedentes. Decretada la separación de un Secretario, lo reemplaza en la actuación el Oficial Mayor y, a falta de éste, un Secretario ad-hoc nombrado por el Magistrado ponente.
