Art. 2° El producto del arrendamiento de dichos lotes se dividirá por partes iguales, cada seis meses, entre el Departamento de Panamá y el Distrito de Colón. La mitad que corresponde á este último se destinará exclusivamente á mejorar las calles de la ciudad cabecera.
