º . Para efectos de imponer las sanciones a que se refiere el artículo precedente, se seguirá el siguiente procedimiento

Apertura de la investigación correspondiente de oficio o a petición de parte, mediante acto administrativo motivado;

Traslado al presunto infractor por el término de diez días para que presente sus descargos y solicite las pruebas que considere pertinentes;

Decreto y práctica de pruebas dentro del término de 20 días;

Decisión mediante acto administrativo motivado dentro de los diez días siguientes.
