Corresponde a la Nación en lo sucesivo conceder licencia para utilizar las calles, plazas, vías públicas y demás bienes nacionales de uso público a fin de tender por ellas, sea superficialmente o sea en el subsuelo, redes de canalización de plantas eléctricas o para otros usos industriales o domésticos.

Parágrafo

El Gobierno Nacional sólo concederá esta licencia por períodos no mayores de cincuenta (50) años mediante el lleno de las condiciones que fije el Gobierno al reglamentar esta Ley.
