Los títulos de acciones al portador que en lo futuro emitan las sociedades anónimas, causarán un impuesto del uno por ciento de su valor nominal. Los traspasos, cesiones o endosos de estos títulos, no causarán ningún gravamen. Para la efectividad de este impuesto se tendrán en cuenta las disposiciones del artículo 4º de la presente Ley.

En esta forma queda reformado el ordinal 55 del artículo 1º del Decreto número 92 de 1932.
