La tarjeta de turismo o con automóvil deberá contener, además de los datos que figuran en la tarjeta de turismo de que trata la Sección anterior, los siguientes: Nombre del propietario, características del vehículo, compañía aseguradora y número de la póliza de seguros que cubra daños a terceros dentro del territorio nacional y una leyenda en que se diga que el vehículo no podrá enajenarse a ningún título dentro del territorio nacional.
