Artículo trigésimoquinto . Las sociedades mutuarias, los titulares de sus organismos, lo9s liquidadores, revisores fiscales y representantes legales, serán responsables por los actos u omisiones impliquen incumplimiento de las normas legales y estatutarias y se harán acreedores a las sanciones que más adelante se determinen, sin perjuicio de lo establecido en otras disposiciones.
