De los requisitos técnicos. El emblema deberá constar de una cruz conformada por cinco cuadros iguales de color rojo, la cual siempre estará sobre un fondo blanco. El emblema no podrá ir acompañado de ningún otro logotipo, escudo, publicidad o texto y será de las mayores dimensiones posibles según su aplicación.

Parágrafo

Para unificar la tonalidad del color rojo se recomienda tomar como base el Pantone 485, o en el sistema de cuatricromía, combinar amarillo 100% con magenta 100%.
