Contra los actos administrativos de la Corporación, que crean situaciones de carácter individual, proceden los siguientes recursos: 1° De reposición, respecto de los acuerdos y resoluciones, ante quien haya dictado la respectiva providencia. 2° De apelación, respecto de las resoluciones, ante la Junta Directiva. Se entenderá así agotada la vía gubernativa. CAPITULO IV Patrimonio, balances y control fiscal.
