°. Responsabilidad. Una vez autorizada la sustitución de las cuentas corrientes por parte de la Dirección General de Crédito Público y Tesoro Nacional del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, el Órgano Ejecutor será responsable de exigir a la entidad financiera la adecuada prestación del servicio conforme a los parámetros de selección y los términos del contrato de cuenta corriente suscrito.
