ARTICULO 126 . Indemnización por disminución de la capacidad sicofísica y por muerte . Para los fines determinados en los artículos 226, 227 y 228 del Decreto 1211 de 1990, las circunstancias de modo, tiempo y lugar en que se produjo la lesión o muerte del alumno de las Escuelas de Formación, deberán calificarse por el Director o Comandante de la respectiva Escuela.
