Los cupos que vayan quedando por muerte de los enfermos de lepra que reciben subsidio, serán llenados por quienes siendo enfermos de lepra no reciben ayuda del Estado para el cubrimiento de sus necesidades básicas en vivienda, alimentación y vestuario.
