º . Terminación anticipada de operaciones de cobertura de riesgo. Sin perjuicio del cumplimiento de las normas presupuestales y previa la autorización del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, las operaciones de cobertura de riesgo se podrán dar por terminadas anticipadamente por mutuo acuerdo de las partes contratantes, para lo cual la respectiva entidad estatal deberá realizar un estudio técnico en el que se demuestre la conveniencia y justificación financiera de la terminación anticipada.
