° Los formularios para facturas consulares, Modelo FC4, a que se refiere el artículo 3° del presente Decreto, serán editados por cuenta del Gobierno Nacional, en edición numerada y controlada, que será distribuida entre los diversos Consulados para su venta a los interesados, a veinticinco centavos de dólar el ejemplar. Corresponderá a los Consulados Centrales ordenar la edición en referencia, pagarla y distribuir los ejemplares que se requieran a las demás oficinas consulares de la República, mediante pedidos que éstas les hagan. Dichos Consulados quedan facultados para reglamentar en detalle esta provisión de formularios.
