Las decisiones de la junta directiva se adoptaran por mayoría absoluta de los votos de los concurrentes a la reunión y tendrán carácter de resoluciones.
Hará Quórum para las reuniones de la junta la asistencia de tres de sus miembros por lo menos, pero entre ellos deberá contarse al ministro de comunicaciones.
